You may return/exchange any purchased item, excluding sale
items at your own postage cost.
If you would like to return/exchange an item please notify
us by e mail at info@junedesigns.net
within 7 days of your purchase date, you will be provided with a RA# confirming
the return/exchange. The item(s) must be returned within 7 days (Aust), 10
days (NZ) & 14 days (Worldwide) upon e-mail confirmation.

To return/exchange an item(s), please include the invoice
that you received with your parcel. When
exchanging from Aust you are required to enclose a prepaid postbag so that we
can return the item(s) to you.
june designs strongly suggests that you use a registered mail such as
Express Post so you can track the package. june designs will not be held
responsible for any packages returned that have not been received our end, if
no tracking system was used on the package.
When exchanging from
NZ a standard shipping cost for the return of the package will be charged to
your account before we re send.
If you would like to exchange colour, size or style please
follow the same instructions above.
All items must be in new, unwashed and unused condition,
with all tags attached.
June Designs is not responsible for any item(s)
returned/exchanged that are not returned new, unwashed and in an unworn
condition. june designs will not accept your return/exchange if we consider the
item(s) used.
For return items a refund will be processed within 7-14 days
on receipt and clearance of goods via your method of payment. IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING REFUNDS OF OVERSEAS ORDERS
PLEASE NOTE: As we are an Australian business we can only refund orders in Australian dollars. There may be a discrepancy between AU$ currency and the rest of the world due to fluctuations of the currency market. We have no control over this so the amount refunded maybe less than what the original order might have been.
