Who we are
june designs are a team of creative and highly qualified designers, dressmakers & artists producing stunning dance gowns for performers worldwide. In addition we offer a wide selection of premium Dancesport products from Australia & around the world.

Where we started
june designs was founded in 1996 in Perth, Western Australia by the creative director, ‘June Robertson’. June herself was an accomplished dancer & has had over 20 years experience of competing at the highest levels internationally in both Latin and Standard styles. Some of Junes dancing achievements:

- Runner up British Open Junior Standard
- Runner up British Open Youth Standard
- Quarter finalist British Open Adult Latin
- Australian Open Adult Latin Champion
- Two time winner of the ABC TV show 'Thats Dancing'
- Finalist in the West Australian young achievers award

The running of the business is now shared with Junes partner Matthew Nebbs, Matthew has been working in the business since 2000 & comes from a sales & marketing background within the health & fitness industry.

Who we make for
Whilst dancing in England, June made for many of the worlds top dancers when working with a leading UK designer & in her own business. Now based in Melbourne, june designs create gowns & supply accessories for performers from all over the world.

Our designs have been seen on some of the world’s most popular TV shows. We are the exclusive ladies designer for ‘Dancing with the Stars’ Australia, leading suppliers for ‘Dancing with the Stars’ New Zealand, ‘Torvill & Deans Dancing on Ice’, suppliers of dresses on Dancing with the Stars USA, the stage show 'Floor Play' and our ‘j men’ Latin pants are also worn by the entire male cast of the stage show ‘Floor Play’.

We are also proud to have been the designer to the Australian Adult Standard Champion 1997, 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004. 2005, 2006 & 2007. (04, 05, 06 & 07 closed)
